We felt that our stay at Han Xuan Boutique was great value for the money. The room was clean, charming, and had a tranquil ambiance. The location was beautiful and convenient, right by West Lake. The staff went above and beyond, helping us with everything from providing bicycles to giving us directions and recommendations.
The food for breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

it was perfect in general: beautifully decorated room, good location. a bus stop was within 5 mins walk. there was a lovely garden near the apartment.

Rooms with comfortable bed. In the bathroom there were a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. Situated in a pretty quiet area and in the middle of Hangzhou. Amiable people working there.

Great value for money, the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, right next to a peaceful park and within walking distance to nearby restaurants. The staff at Han Xuan Boutique were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.
